Defend Us In Battle is the 1st book in the St. Michael Sword Strike Series. It set in 476 a.d. during The Battle of Ravena, Italy. It tells the story of two Roman foot soldiers (Michaelius and Gargano) and a general (Elivo) in the Roman Army. Elivo calls on the demonic power of Mithras while Michaelius prays for God’s assistance and protection. Mithras shows up in force but so does the Archangel Saint Michael.
